We are a Local Community run Maker-Space in Lakes Entrance on Gunaikurnai Country.
We have a range of digital fabrication machines and members with a range of skills.
We open every Thursday from 3pm to open end.
Our purpose is to empower the community by providing access to tools, knowledge, machinery and skills and build a network of makers.
Anyone is welcome and you do not need to have prior knowledge or great technical abilities as the point is provide a safe space for everyone to learn these things at their own pace through making and doing.

OUR ETHOS
at fixable we believe in sharing resources and knowledge and building a strong maker community around physical and digital space.
we want to encourage people to explore the different avenues of making and fixing and discover the intersection of art and technology.
we want to empower the local community with the tools, knowledge and skills to be able to solve problems, engage with fellow makers and share their experiences.
we believe that everything is fixable and also hope to encourage people, through learning how to fix things, to also see the value in materials and defective products which would otherwise be considered by many as waste.
our hope is that through learning the practical skills of fixing we can segway people into upcycling and making and give the community the self confidence needed to take this into their own hands and hopefully become passionate about it in the process.
